By purchasing a VIN report or any service from us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under specific conditions:
- Refunds are available if you request it within 2 hours of your purchase.
(After 2 hours, the report is already processed and cannot be reversed.) - Refunds are also available if you did NOT receive the service you paid for.
If delivery fails on our end, we will issue a full refund.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds if:
- You “changed your mind” after receiving the report
- You no longer need the report
- You expected a different outcome but did receive the product/service
- You provided incorrect VIN or information after the purchase
Once the report is generated and delivered, it cannot be undone, and therefore cannot be refunded unless it falls under the conditions in section #1.
3. Disputes & Chargebacks
Before opening a dispute or chargeback, you must contact us directly.
Unauthorized disputes may result in delays and account restrictions.
4. Agreement
By continuing, you acknowledge that:
- You’ve read and accepted these terms
- You understand the refund limitations
- You agree not to dispute transactions that follow these rules
